Ecabs

Objective

This application is bulit and customised for a company named Ecabs(Which is a online cab booking company).

It is basically intended to improve the business process flow of the company.

It is build using Microsoft visual studio (VB 6.0)

It has 3 basic modules :

a. Query modules : It is used to get all the details of the client who has called to enquire the availabilty of a cab.
b. Confirmation modules : It is used to assign a client a particular cab and a driver.
c. Reminders modules : It gives the user reminders of important events at regular intervals.

1. It is very simple,easy to use and understand.
2. Improves the effiency of the business process flow.
3. Generates database of all the past clients.
4. Has a search engine which allows to search the database using keywords(client name,number,email address etc.)
5. Can operate over an internal lan network.
6. Has a reminder system which makes sure that all important events take place at the right time.
